Terms of Service for BoxesNewFit

Welcome to BoxesNewFit.pro. By using our services, digital products, or purchasing our goods, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of our offerings you confirm agreement with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
BoxesNewFit provides organizational and packing services. Details of each service are provided before booking.
2.1 Scheduling and Cancellation
Clients may reschedule a booked service up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance qualify for a reimbursement. Cancellations under 72 hours or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement.
2.2 Rescheduling
If you need to change your service date, please notify us at least 48 hours prior. We will accommodate requests subject to availability.
3. Info Products
Our digital guides and tutorials are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access details are sent via email.
3.1 Access and Use
Access is granted immediately after purchase and is intended for individual use only. Sharing or distribution is prohibited.
3.2 Reimbursement for Digital Products
You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed any part of the digital product. To request, contact us through our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be returned to the original method of purchase within 14 days of approval.
4. Goods
Physical items ordered through BoxesNewFit.pro are shipped to your address. Shipping times vary by location.
4.1 Returns and Reimbursement
Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a reimbursement to the original method of purchase within 14 days.
5. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure satisfaction. Details above outline eligibility. All eligible reimbursements will be returned to the original method of purchase. Non-refundable services are those fully rendered or cancelled within 72 hours of the service start time.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
